• Alan Fraser at 181 Kennington Lane is another well-established local agent, not part of a national chain.

• Movingspace.com have an office at 377 Kennington Lane, near Vauxhall station. They specialise in central London properties and, as their name would suggest, have a very good website.
• Halifax Property Services have an office at the north end of 42 Kennington Road, near Lambeth North tube station.

Rightmove offers an extensive database of property currently for sale or rent via a wide range of estate agents.

My House Price.com offers a searchable database which provides information about recent selling prices.
